If you would like for us to consider adding your testimony below on how God brought you out of the Watchtower and to the real Christ, please contact me at [email protected].

If you would like to give your life to Christ and experience new life the way these others have, then simply trust Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. Trust in Him by turning (repenting) from all your sins that separate you from His fellowship and peace, and by welcoming Him into your life to make you the kind of person He has always intended you to be. Give Him full control of every detail of your life. In exchange, He will amazingly count you as righteous or worthy right now if you call out to Him. He can do this, since as God, He has completely taken your debt or penalty on the cross. He loves you that much! He does not want to ruin your life; He wants to save you right now from hell and fulfill you in unimaginable ways. As the All Perfect Being, He wants to direct your life through all the good and bad. He is the only one that can be trusted with your life anyway. Why trust anyone other than Him? Everyone else, including yourself, will let you down. God by definition will never let you down... unless of course you persist against His will. But even then, God is not technically letting you down (He remains faithful); you are letting yourself down to hell.

God's word says, "For whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Romans 10:13). It also says, "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" (Rom. 5:1). "He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life" (1 John 5:12). "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" (2 Corinthians 5:21). And since He will save you now "according to His mercy" (Titus 3:5), you can be "confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6).

"There is a well known story told of Napoleon the First's time. In one of the conscriptions, during one of his many wars, a man was balloted as a conscript who did not want to go, but he had a friend who offered to go in his place. His friend joined the regiment in his name, and was sent off to the war. By and by a battle came on, in which he was killed, and they buried him on the battle field. Some time after the Emperor wanted more men, and by some mistake the first man was balloted a second time. They went to take him, but he remonstrated. 'You cannot take me.' 'Why not?' 'I am dead,' was the reply. 'You are not dead; you are alive and well.' 'But I am dead,' he said. 'Why, man, you must be mad! Where did you die?' 'At, such a battle, and you left me buried on such a battle field.' 'You talk like a madman,' they cried; but the man stuck to his point that he had been dead and buried some months. 'Look up your books,' he said, 'and see if it is not so.' They looked, and found that he was right. They found the man's name entered as drafted, sent to the war, and marked off as killed. 'Look here,' they said, 'you didn't die. You must have got some one to go for you. It must have been your substitute.' 'I know that,' he said; 'he died in my stead. You cannot touch me. I died in that man, and now I go free. The law has no claim against me.' They would not recognize the doctrine of substitution, and the case was carried to the emperor, who said that the man was right, that he was dead and buried in the eyes of the law, and that France had no claim against him.

The story may be true, or may not, but one thing I know to be true, that the Emperor of heaven recognizes the doctrine of substitution. Christ died for me; that is my hope of eternal life. 'There is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus'" (D. L. Moody, Select Sermons [Chicago: The Bible Institute Colportage Association, n. d.], 38-9).

If you would like to commit your life to Christ and receive eternal life right now, the following is a suggested prayer:

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Dear Jehovah Jesus, please come into my life. Thank you for dying for all my sins and canceling my debt. I turn from all my sins (e.g., following the Watchtower) and I turn to you for a new life. I am sorry for living to exalt myself or anything else instead of you and your will for me. Please forgive me, and I will trust you alone to make me the kind of person you want me to be. I surrender my life into your keeping, so teach me to be a good disciple of you. Thank you for now saving me and making me your child. In your name I pray, amen.
